Order Process

Orders received before 2PM GMT time will be processed within the same business day. Please note for safety reasons we only ship orders Monday to Friday, orders placed on a weekend, holiday, or after office hours will be processed the next business day.

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. Please contact ZAPANDA.COM as soon as possible if there are any discrepancies with your order. After the order ships, a shipment tracking number will be provided via email. To track your package, you simply need to look for it on FEDEX.COM.
