Do I have to register in order to place an order?

We ask all customers to register with ZAPANDA, to ensure that all order updates are safely received. All we need is your name, home address, email address, and a password of your choice. It then only takes a few simple steps for you to place your order, however should you have any questions regarding the registration or ordering process, please contact our Customer Service team, and we will be more than happy to help you!


How quick a watch is delivered and what are the shipping costs?

Shipment with Fedex Express (fully insured) is offered and can be organized within 72 business hours following the receipt of your payment. A tracking number will provided as soon as the watch is shipped.

 How does the 0% finance program works?

This program is offered to all Swiss Citizen and allows anyone to purchase a watch with no interests as Zapanda will deduct them on the final price of the watch. This is not all.. if 48 months credit period is choosen, Zapanda will also credit you the 1st instalment!

 The process to request a 0% finance credit is as easy as described below :

  1. Click on « 0% Finance » button in the product section and enter your contact details
  2. Our financial partner will reach out to you in max. 24 hours to discuss credit conditions. If they don’t succeed to get you over the phone, they will email you so check out your mailbox.
  3. When credit conditions are agreed, our financial partner will send you the contract.
  4. Upon contract signature, it will take 15 days for you to receive the funds on your bank account.
  5. Zapanda will send you the invoice for the desired watch so that you can proceed with the payment.
Which Payment methods do you offer?

Our payment methods are: Bank transfer, PayPayl and Credit Card (Visa & Mastercard). You can apply to our 0% Finance program which is processed in 48 hours by our financial partner.

 Is the watch new and covered by warranty? 

Our watches are brand new, unworn, sold with full manufacturer documentation and international warranty. ZAPANDA also offer 1year extra warranty to all watches.

In case we would offer a second hand, this would be clearly stated in the product details.
